Role Overview:

The Design Intern will support the Marketing teams in developing engaging and visually appealing content for both digital and print media. The role is ideal for a creative individual with a passion for graphic design, branding, and storytelling in the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and packaging designs to support product campaigns.
• Design engaging social media content (static posts, carousels, and simple animations).
• Develop visuals for online platforms like website banners, Shopee assets, and email newsletters.
• Assist in editing short videos for social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure designs align with the company’s branding.
• Contribute creative ideas for seasonal campaigns and product launches.
• Design promotional visuals and materials for events, pop-ups, or influencer collaborations.
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative mindset and passion for visual storytelling.
• Interest or experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous.

We are looking for a digital marketing intern that has a positive attitude and is willing to learn, to join our team! Most importantly you must love pets, as we are mainly dealing with pets!

Responsibilities:

• Perform market analysis and research on competition
• Develop and manage social media content calendar
• Plan and design marketing collaterals
• Managing online stocks inventory on platforms (i.e. Shopee, Shopify)
• Preparing/packing of orders for online shopping platforms
• Administrative tasks

Requirements:

• To be a team player and have a willing to learn attitude
• Proficient in design software (i.e. Photoshop/Illustrator)
• Photography/videography knowledge is a plus
• Good knowledge of social media platforms (i.e. Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok etc.)
• Able to work retail hours (number of working days negotiable)
