Who you are:

You will support development and implementation of digital projects for Pelagus 3D. You will also be introduced to other Pelagus 3D activities.

Required experience and skills:

• Master’s degree in engineering, technology, business or other relevant
• Graduate or 1-2-years of experience.
• Knowledge of Python, Matlab, R or similar programming languages.
• Curious mindset, and the ability to problem-solve, innovate and identify new ways of working. Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation. Service minded and can-do attitude.
• Analytical and structured with commercial mind-set

What you will be doing:

• A two-year program providing experience in diìerent roles to gain experience and knowledge of the diìerent segments in Wilhelmsen to become capable of mastering numerous functions within the company. Be assigned to diìerent roles based on business needs and priorities to provide support and contribute to business and project development activities.
• Drive and /or contribute to projects within technology and innovation. Excel through individual responsibility and challenging tasks. Participate in speciíc projects as required.
• Be an ambassador for cross-company collaboration.

What does the management trainee do?

As the Management Trainee - Digital Marketing, you will be rotating and learn the various aspects of Marketing such as social media management, graphic design, video production, PR, branding, events, marketing automation, customer engagement, and strategic marketing. This role will immerse you in the region, with the opportunity to rotate to Marketing roles in different countries.

You will gain exposure and experience in:

Multimedia content creation

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand multimedia requirements for campaigns and initiatives from other teams.
• Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for engaging multimedia content (e.g. videos, graphics, animations).
• Utilize video editing software, graphic design tools, and other relevant applications to create polished multimedia content.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine multimedia content to drive viewer engagement.

Internal and external communications

• Craft compelling content for various digital channels (e.g. social media, website, email campaigns) and analyze the effectiveness in reaching different audience types.
• Develop engaging copy and multimedia content to communicate Sika’s brand and industry leadership.
• Contribute to content ideation and creation for internal and external audiences.
• Ensures content adheres to the global brand guidelines, tone and writing style.

Other responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Marketing Managers in completing their daily tasks.
• Support the Regional and local Marketing teams in special projects when required.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning activities.

• Objective: Design and develop applications to automate work processes such as document creation, import/export of documents, and data storage to Microsoft SharePoint cloud services.
  
• Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain applications that automate document handling and workflow processes. Implement features for importing and exporting documents, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
  Collaborate with end users to integrate applications with File Server and Microsoft SharePoint for seamless data storage and retrieval.
  Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.
  
• Requirements:Proficiency in programming with Python. (Web App Development experiences using php, java-script, or other toosl will good advantage)
  Ability to work within a Linux environment.
  Understanding of automation processes in Python related to document systems, printing, and data conversion.
  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  
• Project Scope: Completion of the project within a 6-month timeframe.
