A Day in the Life:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Kingsmen Exhibits Design Studio (KE Studio) in Singapore
• Lead and manage a team of designers of various disciplines on their day to day tasks
• Seek and procure new Key Accounts for KE studios as well as for Kingsmen Exhibits and the Kingsmen Group
• Work in close collaboration with the Account, Project and Sales Directors and teams to secure new accounts and projects
• Lead in pitching for projects and potential accounts in Singapore and any other Kingsmen office when required, including overseeing the progress through the various stages
• Increase the success rate of design pitches and tender submissions
• Expand KE’s various creative services at the highest level and on a wider geographical spectrum
• Lead and mentor all designers under your charge, improve and better their skills and the level of their design outputs and qualities
• Expand the scope and capabilities of the design manager in KE Studios
• Improve the work processes and efficiencies of KE Studios
• Work in tandem with the Creative Directors of Kingsmen Design Studios on improvements of the administrative procedures and policies
• Perform any other adhoc duties

Job Duties

1. Business Plan management.

• Develops regional management goals and objectives towards growth of products in line with corporate direction.
• Designing and implementing business plans and strategies towards achieving and profit objectives, including efficient cost management.
• Suggest and propose appropriate resources to conduct and complete its business activities.
• Annual and Half-yearly Business Planning.
• Monitor and manage the monthly, quarterly and yearly regional performance according to set targets and KPIs.

2. Regional Sales & Marketing

• Provides leadership in management of sales, marketing and account management, fostering a team-based culture.
• Sets clear targets for the growth and development of the product.
• Oversees business activities relating to the product.
• Close monitoring of product performance against set targets and objectives and to take countermeasures for improvement when needed.
• Ensures full compliance in various areas of operations, including the use of management tools such as CRM, and managing risks.
• Conducts periodic market studies to fully understand the prevailing market conditions affecting business, and drives sales activities in accordance with the market realities.
• Leads in-country project solutions design included data gathering and analysis, optimization, process improvements and reengineering, costing.
• Provides marketing information in support of sales activities.
• Periodical review of existing products and explore new products which can contribute to business enhancement.
• Provides promotional material at periodic intervals for product development, especially new services or solutions.
• Periodic analysis of business results, and provides improved support if necessary.
• Coordinate Business Developments, Campaigns, and Pipeline activities.
• Support and assist in ad hoc business projects.
• New service development, if any.

3. Others

• Compiles various business performance report from respective companies.
• Reviews and analyzes the result of the various performance report.
• Compiles and updates corporate profile data.
• Prepares data analysis tool to support country management.

Requirements

• A University Degree or Professional Qualification.
• 10 to 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in management position with profit and loss responsibility.
• Good analytical skills and a proven ability in new business development.
• Strong leadership and motivator, and the ability to build, lead and motivate a dynamic team.
