Our Established Client seeking a experienced Regional Key Account Manager /Director (Process Automation industry) to join their expanding team.

Strategic Key Account Management

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with top management of key accounts in SEA and South Asia, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
• Leverage existing networks and resources to establish and expand relationships with global and regional key accounts in the process automation sector.
• Act as the primary contact for key customers, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.

Business Development and Market Penetration

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the region, focusing on growth and expansion of Company's presence in SEA and South Asia.
• Develop and execute breakthrough strategies to engage and win global key accounts in the process automation industry.
• Drive penetration into untapped markets while retaining and expanding existing customer portfolios.

Achievement of Sales and KPI Targets

• Deliver on revenue, profitability, and other KPIs set by top management within the designated timeframe.
• Prepare and execute account-specific sales plans and strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Monitor account performance, provide accurate forecasts, and ensure results align with company expectations.

Customer Relationship and Solution Selling

• Build trusted advisory relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers at key accounts, addressing their needs with tailored solutions.
• Provide technical and commercial consultation, leveraging Company's cutting-edge process automation solutions.
• Engage in consultative selling, demonstrating a deep understanding of the process automation industry and customers’ challenges.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Company’s internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, service, and marketing) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate customer feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and services.
• Lead regional efforts by aligning cross-departmental resources to achieve shared objectives.

Market Insights and Strategy

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands in SEA and South Asia to refine strategic priorities.
• Provide regular feedback to senior management, ensuring the company stays ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
• Stay informed on the latest process automation technologies to offer innovative and competitive solutions.

Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, proposals, and sales data in the CRM system.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance, pipeline, and achievements to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales and key account management within the process automation industry.
• Strong existing relationships with top management in key accounts in SEA and South Asia (bonus).
• Min 5yrs relevant sales experiences in industrial/process automation preferably key account
• Exceptional ability to achieve sales KPIs and deliver measurable results.
• Expertise in developing and executing strategies to win and grow global key accounts.
• Able to communicate effectively in both English & Mandarin with key stakeholders & business associates in overseas China in the execution of jobscope.
• Cultural awareness and adaptability to work effectively across SEA and South Asia.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

A Day in the Life:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Kingsmen Exhibits Design Studio (KE Studio) in Singapore
• Lead and manage a team of designers of various disciplines on their day to day tasks
• Seek and procure new Key Accounts for KE studios as well as for Kingsmen Exhibits and the Kingsmen Group
• Work in close collaboration with the Account, Project and Sales Directors and teams to secure new accounts and projects
• Lead in pitching for projects and potential accounts in Singapore and any other Kingsmen office when required, including overseeing the progress through the various stages
• Increase the success rate of design pitches and tender submissions
• Expand KE’s various creative services at the highest level and on a wider geographical spectrum
• Lead and mentor all designers under your charge, improve and better their skills and the level of their design outputs and qualities
• Expand the scope and capabilities of the design manager in KE Studios
• Improve the work processes and efficiencies of KE Studios
• Work in tandem with the Creative Directors of Kingsmen Design Studios on improvements of the administrative procedures and policies
• Perform any other adhoc duties

As the Senior Manager/Assistant Director, Integrated Office, you will lead the planning, implementation and continuous improvement of the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) for Health and Social Care Division and scale up the various functions for the entire organisation in SLEC.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the Mission and Vision of SLEC

a. Be committed to SLEC’s mission and vision and support SLEC’s growth goals and strives to fulfil our strategic mandate.

2. Superior Situation Awareness and Resource Management

a. Enable the IOC to possess superior situational awareness of all capacities and utilization/efficiency rates of all facility and manpower resources across all service lines and services for SLEC on a daily basis.

b. Create business intelligence/analytics with the preparation of Dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which includes Wait Times for Admission, utilisation rates of facilities, efficiencies of staff and etc.

c. Drive performance management with the measurement of performance gaps and recommend improvement opportunities.

d. Collaborate with various HODs of Services/Divisions to improve efficiencies and utilisation rates of all manpower resources and facilities.

e. Liaise with HODs of Services and Centres in possible cross-deployment of manpower resources when minimum headcount/manning situations are breached.

3. Contact Centre Operations

a. Coach and manage Contact Centre Agents to ensure they deliver class-leading service quality which results in high client satisfaction scores and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

4. Incident Reporting and Management

a. Classify, report and manage incidents using Incident Reporting matrix and protocols.

b. Alert all relevant stakeholders and senior management promptly on major incidents.

c. Facilitate After Action Reviews (AARs) after each incident with relevant stakeholders and share learnings with senior management and colleagues.

5. Care Integration

a. Harnessing technologies, collaborate with HODs to generate a 360 view of each client.

b. Collaborate with relevant HODs and facilitate the formulation of integrated and standardised care plans across various Services and facilities.

c. Facilitate the planning, development and standardisation of care plans which are outcome and evidenced based.

6. Operations Excellence

a. Assist in the formulation in the Operations Excellence Framework.

b. Map and standardise key processes across Services and facilities (including, Admission, Assessment, Financial Counselling, Care Delivery, Billing, and etc).

c. Identify improvement opportunities and work with HODs and Kaizen/Lean Champions to reduce waste, add value and improve efficiencies.

d. Collaborate with HODs to ensure compliance with Standard Work and embark on PDCA/PDSA cycles as part of the continuous improvement effort.

7. Service Excellence

a. Assist in the formulation of the Service Excellence Framework.

b. Champion the Voice of our Customers (VOC), with a holistic plan to engage, understand and improve the Satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) of all Centres and Services.

c. Assist in the implementation of building blocks of the Service Excellence Framework. These include including the following:

i. Service Charter/Vision

ii. Service Transaction Maps (STMs)

iii. Service Measures and Metrics

iv. Service Benchmarking

v. Training and Development

vi. Rewards and Recognition, including Role Modelling

vii. Service Culture

Requirements:

1. Education and Credentials

a. Minimum bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or relevant field.

b. Minimum 5 years experience in resource management and supervision in frontline operations.

c. Experience in healthcare/social services sector will be advantageous.

2. Job Requirements
