Assist the engineers to develop project requirements and specifications.
Ensure projects and maintenance works are appropriately executed and successfully completed on time within schedule and budget.
Assist to develop and implement operating procedures and cost control initiatives to improve work efficiency and to reduce maintenance and operating cost.
Supervise, control and coordinate work according to project / maintenance plan to ensure timely completion and high quality work.
Conduct frequent sites inspections and meetings to ensure high quality work by sub-contractors and on time delivery of materials in accordance with schedule.
Enforce site safety procedures, identify and manage risks arising from the workplace or work process.

Degree /Diploma (or equivalent) in Mechanical / Electrical engineering
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in building services (ACMV)

Qualifications:
1. Educational Background and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on cloud-based projects preferred.
2. Technical Skills
Proficient in cloud platforms such as HuaWei, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experienced with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
3. Communication and Leadership Skills
Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
4. Additional Requirements
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are highly desirable.
