- Service international customer accounts and update them with pricing / promotions
- Shipment documentation, inventory and operations coordination
- Support sales and operations team in daily tasks
- Stock counting and checking for import & export
- Coordinate with warehouse and salespersons on logistics and operations matters to facilitate import/export of goods
- Assist in localisation of goods
- Undertake any other assignments and duties which the management may assign from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of working experience in import/export
- Shipping / freight forwarding experience strongly preferred
- Familiar with creating / processing shipping / inspection documents, arranging schedules etc.
- Good with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of AutoCount or any inventory/accounting software will be an added advantage
- Written and spoken English and Mandarin
