Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for fit & proper assessment applicable to the appointment of representatives under Representative Notification Framework (RNF) within agreed timeline, which includes:conducting fit and proper assessment on each candidate
  making recommendation on the suitability of each candidate
  flagging out adverse findings and escalating of case for further evaluation
• Ensure completeness of documentation for each candidate.
• To liaise with candidates, hiring manager and internal stakeholders on all matters relating to the recruitment of the candidate:missing information or supporting documents required for due diligence checks
  funding schemes extended to candidate
  signing of Agency Agreement with candidate
  validation of Talent Transition Funding (TTF) package offer
• Provide regular statistics & report to Distribution Channels related to candidate & appointment of representatives
• Conduct periodic declarations and checks such asquarterly review of representatives who are appointed with enhanced monitoring
  daily credit monitoring on representative financial status
  annual self-declaration from representative
• Support for other Distribution Support function such as: - reference check requestgranting of sales authority
  handles audit request related to fit & proper assessment
  regular review of process to streamline and ensure relevancy
• Any other projects or tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline
• At least 2 years’ experience in Distribution Support, particularly in MAS Representative Notification Framework
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Highly organized, focused and able to work under tight timelines and pressure
• Independent, self-driven and results-oriented
• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders

Senior Warehouse Executive / Assistant Manager
Working Location: Changi Airfreight centre
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6.30pm
Basic Salary: $3000-$5000

Responsibilities:
(Warehousing & Distribution)

• Manage Contract / Service Parts Logistics warehouse and distribution business for MNC Customer in Electronics & Electrical industry
• Oversees regional operations for Contract / Service Parts Logistics across Asia Pacific and Japan
• Main point of contact for MNC Customer’s Regional Operation team based in Singapore
• Co-ordinate with Internal country logistics teams in South Asia & Oceania (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and others) and Japan on day-to-day operations matters and service performances
• Attend and lead external & internal meetings on Business Performances matters and Operational Excellence initiatives
• Project implementation and support Contract / Service Parts Logistics warehouse operation by using WMS, TMS and other tools
• Build good relationships and foster strong rapports with MNC customer & Internal stakeholders
• Work on logistics solutions with Internal country logistics teams to increase work efficiency & productivity of Contract / Service Parts Logistics warehouse and distribution programs for MNC Customer
• Assist department head in analysing reports to formulate business strategies
• Support regional opportunities to expand business share of MNC Customer

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Warehousing & Distribution (Service Parts Logistics background will be an added advantage)
• Basic WMS, TMS system knowledge and usage (AS400, CargoWise system background will be an added advantage)

In the investigative role, the officer will review and investigate independently allegations of reported misconduct and through proactive monitoring.

• Conduct assigned investigations and ensure that conclusions are based on a complete understanding of the issues, circumstances and risk
• Prepare investigation reports
• Prepare management reports related to investigation findings
• Perform checks on adverse records and other related issues for business units
• Analyze types and modes of agency unethical practices and market misconducts
• Identify trend analysis on key risk indicators to identify emerging risk of misconduct or new initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline
• 1-3 years of compliance / investigation / sales experience in Financial Services or Insurance Industry would be an added advantage
• CMFAS qualification (M5, M9, M9A and HI) would be an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Meticulous, systematic, able to work well independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and accountability of work
