The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager for the APAC region is a newly created role to help us define, execute, measure and refine a compelling top of the funnel revenue strategy for Visa Cross-Border Solutions, inclusive of Currencycloud brand. You will lead a team of 3 Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) responsible for filling the pipeline with qualified leads that turn into revenue. 1. Coordinate with external PR agencies to input relevant contents to website

• Collaboration with inter-departments:

1. Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to support the execution of business development strategies.
2. Provide insights and feedback from clients and market research to help refine product offerings and marketing campaigns.
3. Ensure proper communication and collaboration between departments for seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

• Market Research and Analysis:

1. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends.
2. Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings to support decision-making processes.

Requirements -

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing & communication and market research
• Hands-on experience in BD or project execution
• Experience in managing projects from planning to execution
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong in spoken & written English
