Statement Of Purpose (Overall Purpose of Job)

Overall, in charge of horticultural maintenance of trees, shrubs, turf and landscape sites under the

purview of the clients such as Town Council. Liaise with Clients, Consultants, relevant authorities

and Residents as well as to manage and co-ordinate the landscape projects effectively.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

(A) Specific :

• To liaise, coordinate and updates, if any when liaising with Clients, Consultants and
• relevant authorities for the implementation of the landscape projects.
• To be lead contact point for all matters specific to the Clients for the landscape projects that
• you are in-charge of.
• To attend to feedbacks and complaints as well as to liaise with Client to resolve any Clients
• and / or resident complaints related to horticultural matter.
• To attend monthly site meeting or when required.
• To build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship and meet Client's satisfaction.
• To ensure planning for all landscape activities are adequate for Client, product and system
• conformance.
• To coordinate, work and oversee all landscapers and vendors as well as provide guidance, if
• applicable.
• To plan, implement and track the work progress periodically, address and follow-up to
• ensure that the landscape projects stay on time and within budget.
• To monitor landscape project cost including variation works, if any.

(B) General :

• To prepare and submit necessary report(s) as required by Clients.
• To maintain and document all the landscape projects.
• To coordinate and work with other departments.
• To engage, coordinate and oversee the landscape project work to ensure successful
• completion as well as hand over of landscape projects to the Clients.
• Other duties as assigned.

(C) Safety :

• Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.

Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

• Degree or Diploma in Landscaping / Civil Engineering or related field.
• Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

• Strong in Persuasion, Service-oriented, Client relationship and People Management.
• Negotiation skills.
• Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.

(C) Experience :

• Preferably with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

Your key responsibilities are as follows:

• To strategise, organise, govern, and manage a project within a predetermined timeframe that is committed to customer.
• To successfully complete New Product Introduction (NPI) projects by meeting all the specifications and requirements and advancing them towards mass production, including anticipating and mitigating potential risks that may negatively impact the projects.
• To engage and work with customers on product specifications, requirements, costs, schedules, and quality.
• To generate and provide quotations for tools and moulded parts, upon receipt of Request for Quotation (RFQ).
• To collaborate internally with tool designer and engineering team on design for manufacturing (DFM) and proactively manage program documentations, technical and engineering changes.
• To update the status of on-going programs to the management.
• To consistently pursue for new customers.
• To establish and nurture a robust and affirmative rapport with our key customers to secure new and additional projects and pursue new customers to strengthen sales pipeline.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Degree or diploma in mechanical engineering/precision engineering.
• Knowledge with practical experience in the field of plastic injection and injection tool fabrication, or mechanical product design is needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs.
• Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership to lead, guide and inspire the project team to produce quality work and stay committed to all deliverables.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an individual who is passionate in Ethics & Compliance (“E&C”) areas, a team player with drive and has strong commercial sense to join us in the E&C corporate function as we enhance our E&C programme.

• Support the Head, E&C in establishment and implementation of groupwide E&C programme and activities.
• Be involved in the establishment of SATS Group’s compliance framework (including Code of ethics & business conduct and anti-bribery & anti-corruption policy) and formulation and implementation of compliance strategy for SATS Group.
• Be involved in the planning and conduct of internal reviews and internal audits on SATS Group’s Anti-Bribery Management System. Work collaboratively with Business Units in preparation of external audits, including ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System certification/ surveillance audits.
• Review ethics & compliance training materials and conduct training to stakeholders of various levels.
• Develop metrics for compliance dashboard to measure effectiveness of the various programs and support the Head, E&C in Board reporting.
• Be involved in facilitation and conduct of third party due diligence.
• Support the Head, E&C in development and implementation of new compliance initiatives, including formulation of new E&C policies and procedures and planning and running of activities.
• Manage projects that E&C is involved in and any other duties as assigned.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills Required

• A recognised degree in Accountancy, Law, Risk Management, Business Management, Finance, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience in Ethics, Compliance, Third Party Due Diligence, Fraud Risk Management/ Fraud Investigation, Internal Audits, External Audits and/or Risk Management. Candidates with strong background in Internal Audits or External Audits who are looking for a career shift to Ethics & Compliance are encouraged to apply.
• Having experience managing an Anti-Bribery Management System and possessing knowledge in the ISO 37001 certification process is an added advantage while not a must.

Non-Technical Skills/Soft Skills Required
