2. Develop and maintain an efficient routing system

3. Ensure sales are made out prior to loading or delivery

4. Develop and maintain an organized and efficient loading and unloading system

5. Unload merchandise according to customers' requests

6. Verify all items listed on the work order or sales are loaded and delivered

7. Provide the customer with an accurate sale and collect payment

8. Communicate safe storage and handling procedures to customers

9. To work night shift as that is dependent on the customers.

Job Description:

• Provide chauffeuring services for the Chairman, ensuring safe and timely transportation.
• Execute errands as directed by the Chairman/ Admin Manager.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and hygiene.
• Perform daily maintenance, including checking and topping up petrol and water.
• Arrange vehicle inspections, road tax renewals, and servicing.
• Perform any additional ad-hoc duties, including administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean traffic record.
• Strong safety awareness and driving skills.
• Minimum 5 years driving experience, with at least 3 years as a Personal Driver.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Punctual with strong time management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
• Willing to work overtime, late hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
