Responsibilities:
● Safe Transportation: Safely drive Children and Families to and from various destinations, ensuring their timely arrival and departure.
● Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage Children and Families’s daily schedule with CEO office assistance team to ensure punctuality and efficiency.
● Route Planning: Plan the most efficient routes, considering traffic conditions, to minimize travel time.
● Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the assigned vehicle, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and in optimal working condition.
● Confidentiality: The personal and professional secrets of the Executive Chairman, Children and Family members are always kept strictly confidential in a discreet and professional manner.
● Travel Assistance: Provide logistical support during business or holiday trips, including airport transfers and coordination of ground transportation with CEO office assistance team in different locations.
● Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with CEO office assistance team, promptly reporting any issues, delays, or changes in plans.
● Relationship Building: Develop a positive and professional relationship with, anticipating their needs and preferences to provide exceptional service.
● Adherence to Regulations: Comply with all traffic rules, regulations, and local laws while operating the vehicle.
Qualifications:
● Proven Experience: Prior experience as an executive driver to Executive Chairman Children and Families or in a similar role, providing transportation services to high-profile individuals.
● Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Minimum driving experience 2 years, especially with large MPV (Alphard/Vellfire).
● Professionalism: Exhibit a high level of professionalism, maintaining a neat and tidy appearance and demonstrating excellent communication skills. Good working attitude and etiquette, non-smoker, no drinking habits, physically fit, strong, and healthy.
● Safety Consciousness: Possess a strong commitment to safety, adhering to traffic laws and adopting defensive driving techniques.
● Reliability and Punctuality: Be reliable, punctual, and flexible to accommodate the schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
● Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, making quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
● Local Area Knowledge: Have a good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
● Language Skills: Fluency in English or Mandarin (written and spoken) is required. Additional language proficiency is a plus. Able to use WhatsApp frequently for communication.
● Digital Skill: Be able to operate the GPS guidance system to identify destination routes.
Working Hours
• Able to work on weekends & public holidays when required.
• Monday to Friday: 7:30am to 4:30pm or as instructed.
• Saturday 9am to 1pm or as instructed.
