The Prime Mover Drivers reports to the Operations Controller (OC)/ person in charge (PIC) and is responsible for the followings:

Summary:

Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to customers, and maintaining workplace safety, cleanliness, and orderliness.

Job Description & Requirements:

• Receive, store, and organize parts and inventory in the parts department.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular inventory counts.
• Prepare and package parts for delivery, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
• Load and unload parts from delivery vehicles, following proper safety procedures.
• Deliver parts to customers' locations using company vehicles, adhering to scheduled delivery routes and timelines.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, including confirming delivery details and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with the parts department team to fulfil customer orders and maintain inventory levels.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning, organizing, and restocking inventory shelves.
• Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by the parts department supervisor or manager.

Prerequisite:

• Class 3 driving license

Roles & Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading of goods onto vehicle according to delivery order
• Perform pickups and collection for the company covering specific areas
• Ensuring safe receipt, retrieval and dispatching of goods
• Delivering goods to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner
• Establishing and maintaining excellent customer service during delivery
• To perform duties as tasked
• Class 3/4 Driving Licence
• Able to work ot on weekend and public holiday
• Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
• Working Hours 9 hours
• Monday to Saturday
