4. Admission Decisions: Participate in the evaluation of student applications and make admission recommendations based on established criteria.
5. Support Services: Offer guidance and support to admitted students regarding registration, financial aid, housing, and other related matters. Assist students in understanding and meeting academic requirements.
6. Outreach and Recruitment: Participate in recruitment events, open houses, college fairs, and other activities aimed at attracting potential students to the institution.
7. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, application status, student attendance filing, and admission decisions using relevant software and databases.
8. Compliance: Ensure that all admission processes comply with institutional policies and relevant regulations including processing of student visas and filing FPS monthly, annual return.
9. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to applicants and their families, addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field. Master's degree can be a preferred choice.
• Previous experience in admissions, student services, or a related role is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using office software and database systems.
• Knowledge of admission processes and educational systems is a plus.
• Able to speak other languages for majority parent community like Hindi or Tamil is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics, materials, and manpower to meet business demands.
• Handle sudden changes and challenges such as machine breakdowns and manpower shortages effectively.
• Utilize IT systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities preferably in Business Administration and Health Sciences.
• 2 years of relevant experience in service/hospitality/healthcare/retail industry, are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in English communication and writing.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in Chinese will be an added advantage as liaising with our counterparts in China and Chinese customers.
• Pleasant personality, impeccable integrity, responsible, responsive, able to work under pressure and independently.
