Position objective and summary

· We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a proven track record of building a company from scratch and bringing it to a successful state. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to establish and implement effective strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the regional company.

· The General Manager will manage regional business, oversee the operating businesses in Saudi. You will be responsible for working closely with other internal group business unit leaders in assisting them to meet their business unit goals. This position requires an experienced global leader who is able to motivating teamwork and enable teams to maximize performance and resources.

Job Descriptions

· Ensure that all activities and operations are carried out with integrity and in compliance with local and national regulations.

· Ensure that social responsibility requirements expected by shareholders, customers, local partner, key suppliers and the Corporation are met.

· Develop short, mid and long term goals.

· Assist in setting the agenda and act as chief spoke person for the business and lead in communicating with employees, major customers, suppliers, government agencies, local community, and key stakeholders.

· Build strong relationships with customers to ensure an understanding of their needs, communicate a sense of commitment to them and to the marketplace and create a strong sense of brand loyalty within the customer base.

· Ensure that all activities relating to the project are properly planned and that the plans and responsibilities therein are passed to and understood by all concerned parties

· Drive business results that including cash flow, profitability, revenue growth, performance to budget as well as balance sheet initiatives.

· Reporting on a regular basis to company management/ CEO on the project progress status, recommending remedial solutions, highlighting risks and propose mitigation actions and following up for management update.

· Provide monthly operational reviews to the Holding Director & Deputy Manager, and other necessary reporting and customer presentations.

· Direct all project phases – engineering (basic and details), procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning.

· Ensure that the project schedule and resource schedules and resource plans are properly prepared in accordance with the contract requirements and monitor the project to ensure its timely completion.

· In conjunction with the operation team ensure that labour resources are effectively and efficiently utilized in accordance with the project schedule and budget.

· Effectively manage the project team including personnel seconded to the project team from functional groups and ensure effective communication.

· Ensure after review that all project / contract deliverables are properly submitted to the client in a timely manner.

· Ensure that the right project specification is fabricated and delivered to meet Company’s quality standard, and contract requirements.

· Perform all other relevant duties as assigned

Job Requirements

· Experience in Engineering, Mechanical or equivalent in the related field

· Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience with working experience in oversea countries or in Middle East

· Extensive project experience in the offshore oil and gas industry

· Excellent communication/ coordination skills and technical knowledge

· Open to extended travel and residency in SAUDI ARABIA.

· Demonstrate exceptional organisation and project planning skills

· Able to read, write and converse in both Chinese and English

Job Description

• Manage a team of technicians and contribute to the overall success of after-sales department
• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the workshop, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.

Job Requirement

• Minimum GCE "N" Level or equivalent with 1 year of experience in managing an automotive workshop

• Manufacturing company, company is expanding and this role will head the finance team.
• Able to speak Thai, Mandarin and English to liaise with Thai, Mandarin and English speaking counterpart

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with Thailand Accounting Standard and Tax Rules.
• In charge of all finance related matters at company level.
• Monthly financial reporting to holding company. (China MNC)
• Implementation and compliance of Group accounting policies.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on year end audit and tax matters.
• Regulatory reporting such as Annual Return, Income Tax Filling, etc.
• Liaise with bankers for loan related matters.
• Review legal contracts.
• Work with senior team members to grow the businesses formulating strategies and plans.
• Effectively manage expenses, working capital and cash flow
• Oversee day to day finance operations: manage in-house accountant, assess current workflow within the organisation, and implement new policies and procedures to improve efficiencies and internal control.
• Ensure the company is in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Establish FP&A framework to drive performance management and planning activities. This includes identifying Key Performance Indicators, finding out root causes of performance variances, and recommending solutions (e.g. pricing, cost control and etc.) in order for the business to achieve/ over-perform its target.
• Work together with various departments to develop short-term and long term planning through periodically forecasting and annual budgeting. Perform financial projections on new business initiatives, analysing risk and opportunities and recommend feasible operating plan.
• Work with external auditors and address their findings and recommendations

Requirements:

• Must Read, Write & Speak Thai, Mandarin and English Language to communicate effectively with Thai, Mandarin and English speaking counterparts.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance and CPA
• 10+ years of professional working experience in a similar capacity
• Audit experience and experience in manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to collect, combine and analyse information under challenging conditions.
• Focused on continuous improvement and development of the Finance function.
• Knowledge on IFRS as well as China GAAP.
