• Support global learning needs including cascade of group key practices and learning activities and programs, and assist in requests from global business/operations.
• Co-ordinate, roll out and administer learning and related programs and initiatives to support new organisation capability building.
• Assist in training design and development including working with relevant stakeholders, subject matter experts and external institutions/companies in the development of training programs and initiatives aligned with business needs particularly in new and emerging areas of technology, part and logistics sectors, sustainability.
• Maintain global training dashboard and assist in learning analytics including collection, analysis and reporting of global training statistics.
• Develop and implement learning plans and initiatives including new learning innovations such as micro-learning to promote learning and learning culture.
• Develop and implement plans and initiatives for team and stakeholders’ engagement and communication and to brand and communicate learning initiatives.
• Identify and implement areas of collaborations with IHLs and external companies/agencies to meet business needs.
• Manage engagement of internal stakeholders and external institutions including IHLs and external agencies to design, develop and deliver training programs to meet business needs.
• Assist in process streamlining and improvement: Review practices, processes and systems and propose, develop and implement improvement plans and initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity and to support corporate learning and development initiatives.
• Oversee and ensure documentation of content and knowledge management for all training programs, courses and other initiatives.
• Any other tasks / work as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Organisation Development, or related area and/or related experience.
• At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong in project management skills.
• Strong planning, organisation and implementation skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong drive for results, self-driven and value creation focus.
• Proven hands-on experience in leading key change projects.
• Experience in internal and external stakeholder communication and management and learning management systems will be an advantage.
• Able to work as a team.
• Good to possess knowledge on data analysis and logistic industry.

We are seeking a Sustainability Assistant Manager/Manager to lead our team in providing Sustainability advisory services to our clients. The successful candidate should demonstrate leadership skill and strong understanding of current Sustainability related regulations and best practices. The candidate will also work with the Leadership team to develop thought leaderships for emerging regulations in the areas of sustainability, service offerings and business development activities as well as delivering exceptional results to clients.

Responsibilities

• Prior experience with business development, including developing ‘go-to’ market strategies;
• Excellent project management skill, which includes presentation to C-suite;
• Experience in overall planning and executing of ESG services, which includes, amongst others:

1. Performing Sustainability maturity assessments and due diligence
2. Develop and implement Sustainability strategies for clients with best practices / requirements
3. Alignment of Sustainability Framework with overall Enterprise Governance and Risk Frameworks.
4. Defining KPIs for ESG measuring and monitoring their impacts
5. Facilitating the development of net zero or decarbonisation strategies
6. Configuration / implementation of sustainability monitoring and reporting technologies
7. Providing assurance services on reported data such as sustainability reports, greenhouse gas emissions inventories and the disclosure of climate-related financial risks

• Lead and develop resources in-line with the company and Group’s sustainability ambition;
• Developing client proposals and value proposition to elevate client’s company growth;
• Keeping abreast with global and regional sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or Professional Qualification such as CA Singapore, ACCA or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Sustainability / ESG consulting and reporting
• Knowledgeable on most of the major ESG disclosure platforms reporting frameworks including but not limited to ISSB (IFRS), CSRD (ESRS), CDP, GRI, SASB or TCFD.
• Experience in structuring, planning, and managing the execution of deliverables
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
