Job scope:

• Operate and maintain advanced probe card analyzers and QA equipment, ensuring compliance with operational standards and functionality benchmarks.
• Prepare, debug, and validate test files for probe card certification, ensuring alignment with precise technical specifications and quality criteria.
• Conduct in-depth investigations and resolve probe card related issues,employing a methodical approach to diagnose root cause and implement corrective measures.
• Engage proactively with relevant departments to maintain QA readiness for all certification processes, ensuring seamless coordination on quality-related challenges.
• Serve as a liaison with headquarters and customers on new certification processes, offering technicial updates and managing expectations effectively.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, leveraging industry insights to enhance operational efficiency and quality outcomes.
• Take on supplementary duties as required, supporting the team in achieving project goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge in wafer testing or probe card is an advantage
• Good communication and written skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage VMware and other vCenter environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Configure and maintain Meraki switches and access points, as well as Fortigate firewalls, ensuring network security and efficiency.
• Administer Windows servers, including MS-SQL and IIS servers to support development projects and assist with creating queries and reports.
• Support and maintain Windows workstations and laptops, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
• Implement and manage backup/recovery solutions, along with comprehensive disaster recovery plans to safeguard data and operations.
• Collaborate with HQ to align with corporate IT standards, including maintaining and updating ISO documentation as required.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, Information technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure management
• Able to start within short notice is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of VMware and vCenter environments.
• Proficient in SQL and IIS server management.
• Hands-on experience with Windows servers and workstations.
• Familiar with Meraki and Fortigate products.
• Experience in office 365 installation and configuration.

Job Description

• Responsible to configure, setup, design process sequences, troubleshoot, and fine-tune processes on projects using FASA applications or help to develop them.
• Responsible for carry-out machine on-site setup and buy-off process.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in semiconductor process and engineering knowledge with a demonstrated understanding of troubleshooting at a high level.
• Have good experience in writing programs for flow control with motors, DIOs, and TCP/IP or RS232 communication in some machines.
• Have the experience to plan and design all flow control, Interlock, and data process by the database system.
• Experience as a team or project lead.
• Advance understanding of software configuration, machine system architecture, multi-thread, maintenance, and repair.
• Intermediate level of Windows OS, including installation, systems administration, and troubleshooting.
• Intermediate level with one or more general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to C/C++ and C#.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact appropriately with users of various technical-skilled levels and to remain professional while working to resolve problems.
