Job Responsibilities:

▪ Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

▪ Automation and DevOps: Develop CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline to streamline application deployment.

▪ Automate routine tasks for configuration management, scaling, and incident response. Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS resources and services.

▪ Requirements: bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

▪ Strong hands-on experience with core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).

▪ Proficiency in IaC tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g.,

Docker, AWS ECS, GitLab pipeline).

▪ Python programming for infra automation

▪ Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are a plus.

Job Description & Requirements

1. Support in inspection with CMM, i-Vision.

- FA Inspection

- First piece set up inspection

- Routine inspection (in-coming, in-process, out-going)

2. Fixture inspection (New fixture) to ensure acceptable usage.

- Inspection fixture

3. Support in CAPA/Root Cause Analysis for both internal and external quality issue.

- Data collection

- Data analysis

- Root Cause identification

- Solution establishment

4. Generate internal and supplier quality performance report.

- Monitoring of internal production quality issue

- Monitoring of sub-con/supplier quality issue

- Review, analyse and evaluate data on the above quality issue

5. Lead MRB review and disposition.

- Perform review on the rejection, evaluate and disposition of rework, scrap or UAI

6. Participate in supplier evaluation and qualification.

- General supplier management

- Supplier audit (new and existing supplier)

7. Support in audit (internal and supplier).

- Perform auditor role during internal audit

- Auditing of major supplier with high quality issue

8. Lead in internal calibration management.

- Keep track on the calibration due date and take initiative to recall for calibration

- Maintain internal IMTE to date

9. Support on Documentation Control.

- Inspection report

- Material Certificate

- Treatment COC

- Internal inspection record

- Perform GDP

10. Oversee quality activities and action plan.

- Arrangement of inspection priority

- Updating of inspection status

- Liaise with cross function on quality issue

11. Support QM to lead the Quality Department.

- Take over the HOD role in the absent of QM

The Instructor Operating Station (IOS) is the main interface in which Flight Instructors and Operators will use, to perform planning, controlling of the training environment, observation, and instruction delivery to pilot trainees within a simulator system. We are looking for someone to join us as a Simulation System Engineer, to co-build solutions together with our IOS team members. These solutions will contribute to our state-of-the-art Air Simulator project’s delivery to our end users.

• Working closely with other simulator subsystem teams, to ensure proper integration with the various simulator subsystem components (e.g. communication systems, networking, bots, etc).
• Generating engineering documentation within the team, to document the various requirements, design, and test areas to be developed.
