A building construction project engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Their duties typically include coordinating with architects, contractors, and subcontractors, managing project schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and addressing any issues that arise during the construction process.

• Provide technical support, maintenance and servicing/repairing of equipment, instruments and systems at site.

• Perform on-site installation and setup of equipment and systems with strong competent skills.

• Assist devices checking, technical demo, testing & training for customers.

• Checking technical specification, documentation and drawings plus prewire.

• Understand application process flow, to provide service to users by promptly responding to their queries, with necessary evaluation and prioritization.

Primary Considerations:

1) PR/Singaporean

2) Diploma in Electrical Enginer, at least

Secondary Consideration:

1) BCCPE cert

About the Role:

• Provide leadership to the Chiller Systems maintenance team members in providing chiller maintenance, repair and annual shutdowns.
• Manage the team to achieve set targets.
• Keep updated in the latest development in chiller technology and offer advice to the team, practical technical information.
• Recommend, quote and advise internal & external customers on technical & cost matters pertaining to chiller maintenance, repair and annual shutdowns.
• Increase revenue for ACMV mobile team according to company’s plan and direction.
• Sourcing of contractor & supplier.
• Provide technical advice relating to chillers, ACMV systems to site managers when necessary.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required

About You:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• Proven experience in chiller system maintenance, repair, and operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of chiller technologies and ACMV systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and provide cost-effective solutions.
• Proficiency in sourcing contractors and suppliers.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in HVAC systems.
