Responsibilities

• Prepare bill of quantity for tendering of subcontract packages including sourcing of subcontractors/suppliers
• Handle contract negotiation with subcontractors/suppliers and prepare Subcontract Agreement
• Handle cost monitoring, adherence to contract specifications and drawings
• Prepare payment certificates of subcontractors
• Evaluate and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreement with subcontractors
• Prepare variation orders and recouncile with the client's Quantity Surveyors in accordance to the contract agreement
• Prepare monthly progess claim to client and assist in preparation of cashflow forecast for submission to client
• Coordinate changes in plans with Design Team and review the potential variation claims to client

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying/ Civil / Structural Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of local working experience in Construction Industry
• A good team player with good initiative and positive work attitude
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Responsibilities:

• Manage all things related to Foreign permit applications/renewal and cancellations
• Manage payroll
• Maintain leave record and medical claims
• Coordinate Staff and workers training enrollment
• Maintain, upkeep and participate in ISO, BizSafe and OHSAS audit
• Assist with day to day operations in the department and other ad hoc duties as assigned
