• Operate a nuclear density gauge to measure the density and moisture content of soil etc. to verify compaction levels on construction sites.
• Accurately log test results in test reports for clients.
• Ensure all tests are performed in accordance with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Handle nuclear gauges in compliance with safety protocols, including radiation safety standards and procedures.

Preparation of Financial Statement, Cashflow Projection, Budget Control, & Cost Control, Bank reconcilation Statement, liase with debtors and creditors. Have sound communication knowledge in english both writing and spoken. Minimum 7 Years experience in the Accounts and Audit field. Graduation with CA preferred.

Job Description

• Source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation to obtain the best prices and terms.
• To perform cost estimation, quantity take-off for project during tender & construction, sourcing for supplier & quotation, verifying claims & preparing progress & variation claims
• Assess and prepare the monthly progress claims and variation orders in timely manner.
• To liaise with vendors, site personnel, consultants and subcontractors for all project matters.

Requirements :
