Desirable Skills and Experience

• Previous experience leading and managing teams (3-8+ team size) in a fast moving, dynamic environment

• Experience in designing and deploying complex infrastructure on cloud and on-prem (while the organisation as a whole is very cloud-centric, this role will have the unusual requirement to additionally deploy physical solutions when we have no alternative)..

• Experience in making complex deployments repeatable using modern Infrastructure as Code principles and scripting.

• Applying software development principles to infrastructure design and deployment.

• Ability translating business requirements into explainable technical solutions for internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience in leading and managing complex technical projects.

• Passion for automation, building and testing the tooling needed to build better products
