Requirements:

· GCE ‘O’ Level or above

· Minimum 1 year of Admin experience

· Proactive, committed and able to work in fast paced, high volume processing working environments

· Positive attitude, hardworking, possess initiative & ability to work independently

· Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Words.

· Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and able to meet deadlines

· Meticulous and detailed oriented, good filing system

· Possess and inquisitive and analytical mind and proactive in problem finding and resourceful in problem solving

· Excellent inter-personal skills, problem solving skills and a team player

The Job:

Training

1. Achieve annual department budget and targeted trainee participation
2. Provide guidance to trainers for conduct of WSQ courses with alignment to stat board regulatory requirements
3. Upkeep SSG ATO and ITE COJTC status as an accredited training provider
4. Develop training programs on MHE and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts for smooth delivery of training course syllabus

Curriculum Developer:

1. Develop new coursewares (Product and Process) to meet market trend and demands
2. Submit new coursewares for regulatory approval for course commencement
3. Enhance existing coursewares to meet regulatory requirements
4. To maintain course registry records and filing

The Person:

• Min Diploma – preferably Engineering
• Attained full WSQ DACE/DDDLP certification
• Min 3 yrs of experience
• Possesses Class 3 and Forklift license and has experience operating it, comfortably
• Written and oral communication skills, specifically an ability to engage an audience on training topics to solidify adoption of product.
• Effectively bi-lingual in English and Mandarin
• Develop and design courses/curriculum for all learning needs.
• Knowledge on WSH requirements
• To integrate teaching methodologies, learning styles and educational materials for better engagement to meet learning outcomes
• Must be able to do stand-up trainings for internal and external stakeholder
• Experienced in developing training plans
• Sales and marketing of courses
• Full Advanced Cert in Training and Assessment (ACTA)
