Job Responsibilities:

• Work on EO Systems from material preparation, assemble components, optical alignment
• Troubleshoot and test EO systems
• Prepare/ maintain production line and equipment
• Submit line failure reports, monitor and analyse failure rate
• Prepare assembly and work instruction documents
• Engineering studies
• Quality Control testing

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that the plant complies with regulatory and HSE requirements
• Responsible for day to day plant operations ensuring that the plant meets efficiently its operational and quality requirements
• Perform quality monitoring and operational works according to the safety requirement
• Carry out continuous process/ operational improvement programs
• Carry out plant process trouble-shooting when required
• Preparation and periodic review of Work Instructions
• Responsible for monitoring the plants’ energy performance
• Ensure that the plant documentation conforms with ISO requirements
• Coordinate daily activities with Maintenance Departments
• Senior Authorized Person under Permit To Work system, authorizing maintenance works in the Plant and ensuring preparedness of the equipment (isolation/de-energization) to carry out works
• Site Incident Controller, activating response team and external parties, during Emergencies at site
• Lead the Shift Team whilst on duty and assuming overall responsibility on site during non-office hours
• Liaise with PUB and external parties to fulfill operational requirements
• Raise Service Request upon finding any abnormality during Plant operation
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• Possess a Polytechnic Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or other related engineering fields
• At least 5 years of working experience for Diploma holders and 2 years of working experience for Degree holders
• Positive attitude and a good team-player
• Willing to work on shift
• Willing to work at multiple sites
• Willing to work beyond normal working hours due to operational needs of the plant

• Design and draft of Electrical Single Line / Panel Diagram according to customer technical specification
• Maintain, update and correct drawings as needed, and ensure its accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with project teams to facilitate drawing preparation
• Respond promptly to inquiries and request relating to the drawings

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a recognised Polytechnic/University;

· Knowledge in Autocad and Eplan;

· Possession of team spirit, good communication and organising skills;

· A good team player with strong collaboration and stakeholders’ management skills;

· Excellent organizing skills, spoken and written communication skills.

· Salary for experience candidates will be considered based on the years of experience and our internal salary structure

· Working hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm / 8.30 to 5.30 pm / 9.00 am to 6.00 pm / 9.30 am to 6.30pm / 10.00am to 7.00pm

· Working days: Monday to Friday (1 day work from home per week)
