Job Descriptions:
Manage and direct sub-contractors to ensure project completion within timeline and budget
Liaise with HQ for Quality Control inspections and closure of such reports.
Prepare progress report and follow up on site progress & quality.
Monitor progress, review and manage approval of shop drawings and materials for Civil Structure projects.
Customize the quality manual to suit contract specification and develop a project quality plan.
Monitor and maintain site safety in compliance with site Safety Standards & Procedures
Monitor site progress in line with MS Project or MEP schedule.
Site coordination and sequence of works and monitor progress & quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree of Civil Engineering or equivalent with min 5 years of Project Management experience
Knowledge in Design and Auto CAD (3D) for Civil Structure in building construction
Good communication skills
Able to work night shift and weekend when necessary.
Able to communicate in English and Japanese language (to handle queries and feedback from Japanese speaking associates/ clients)
Working location is at Jurong Island
