1.Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll administration
2.Monthly submission to CPF, IRAS, and other income tax-related matter
3.To submit monthly payroll and costing report to management & finance department
4. Attend to inquiries from employees regarding all payroll matter.
5. Administer staff benefits and welfare such as medical insurance coverage, events and medical bills.
6. Prepare and submit NS, maternity & any other grants or claims
7. Prepares statistical reports/surveys for MOM.
8. Assist HR Manager in performance appraisal, salary/ bonus review exercise
9. Prepare appointment, termination, promotion and increment letters.
10. Process the application, renewal and termination of work passes.
11. Assist with any HR data reports and analysis.
12. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned or required
13. Transport provided from Jurong East.
14. Working 5 Days per week
