Full spectrum of HR and administrations, including Recruitment, Compensations and Benefits, Performance appraisal, Payroll Processing, implementation of policies, staffs discipline/ disputes and other HR related functions.
Jobs responsibilities
- Managing the full cycle of recruitment
- Manage issues pertaining to foreign workers.
- Manage employee welfare matters.
- Work pass applications, renewal and cancellations.
- Carry out HR policies and processes,
- Ensure HR practices are in compliance with local labour legislation and regulations,
- Provide daily operational HR administration support and other administrative duties.
- Payroll processing
- Assist in Company’s event.
- Attend to employee enquiries
- Assist in other HR initiatives and projects as and when directed by superior.
Jobs requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma Human Resource Management or any related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
- Knowledge of local employment laws, e.g. Employment Act, CPF Act, etc
- Hands-on payroll experiences. Payroll software Timesoft will be an advantage.
- High level of integrity and responsibility

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
