ASSISTANT MECHANICAL ENGIANEER $3000 - $4700
Leading a Technician team to carry out installation, service, repair and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment & other works related
1. Leading a team of service technician, arrangement of daily work for them with safety through to completion.
2. Perform equipment installations, commissioning, modification, troubleshooting, repair, servicing, other technical support, on-site training and ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient.
3. Responsible for advance equipment installation and commissioning, ie. Combi Oven, Blast Freezer etc.
4. Provide training to customers on product usage and maintenance.
5. Good knowledge on various types of commercial kitchen equipment, electronical, mechanical and refrigeration.
6. Ability to properly investigate problems with food equipment, discover the issue, and correct it - testing, evaluating, modifying and re-testing of products.
7. Ability to read and comprehend wiring diagrams, and to follow manuals on operation and installation to successful complete tasks.
8. Ability to quickly understand and carry out both written and oral instructions on technical adviceeffectively.
9. Ensuring all works compliance with appliance standards and Health and Safety Act.
10. Ensure adherence to company standards and customer satisfaction.
11. Submission of daily work report.
12. Other ad hoc duties.
13. Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record to operate a commercial vehicle will be a plus.
14. 5 years or above relevant experience.
15. Good physical condition.
16. Willing to work overtime on Sunday & Public Holiday.

18. Working hours : Mon-Fri : 9am-6pm, Sat : 9am-1pm
