Job Description

• Responsible for processing of customer enquiries through emails,phone calls, business phone & follow through till completion.
• Issue quotations based on customers’ requirements and follow up on quotations.
• Co-ordinate between the customers and technical dept for the job to be performed and status of the job.
• To liase with vendors, suppliers and sub-contractors for quotations and related documents.
• Preparing for certain spare parts for collection/delivery.
• Generate Invoice, SOA and other related documents and email to customers.
• Do filing for all service-related documents.
• Checking and replying email daily.
• Updating of spare parts inventory and invoices into system.
• Provide administrative support duties and any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N/O’ level.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft office
• Able to speak and write English and liase with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Meticulous and service-oriented
• 5 days work week
• Work Location: Toa Payoh North

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to all hospital personnel in the commissioning, operation, maintenance and de-commissioning of medical equipment
• Supervise the specialist vendors and appointed contractors on medical equipment maintenance works to ensure quality of works and compliance with required standards
• Update and collect feedback from users regularly on the maintenance, performance, reliability and quality of medical equipment
• Check, analyse and investigate faults/complaints/hazards on medical equipment and assist BME engineers in mapping out and implementing required action plans
• Ensure quality of work conforms to standards and practices that the hospital subscribes to, including other quality initiatives driven by hospital and department
• Manage stock and spares for front-line technical support and assist stock supervisor in documentation
• Assist BME engineers in coordinating services for medical equipment projects with vendors, contractors and appointed project consultants
• Perform any other duties and tasks as assigned by BME engineers

Job Responsibilities:

• Preferably a Diploma in Electronics/Biomedical Engineering OR Vocational Training
• Certificate in Electronics/Electromechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
• Practical experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a healthcare setting preferred
• Good communication and supervisory skills
• Customer service oriented
• Positive work attitude and the ability to work with all levels of staff
• Basic IT skills needed
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior position
