Responsibilities:

Requirements:

· Degree in relevant discipline with preferably more than 5 years of experience in software development in the automation industry

· Strong in equipment PC-based programming skills

· Experience in motion control and process control

· Experience in Vision System software development is preferred

· Knowledge in SECS/GEM standards and implementation is required

· Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

· Good command of written and spoken English

· Responsible, hardworking and committed

· Able to work under tight schedules

· Able to travel within short notice when required

· Basic salary commensurate with experience

Job Purpose:

The Admin Executive supports the General Manager’s (GM) office and will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, liaise with external parties to handling confidential information. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can anticipate the GM’s needs and ensure a seamless workflow.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Provide administrative support to the GM and management team

2. Manage travel arrangements for the team, with a focus on GM’s travel arrangements at the start

3. Manage GM’s calendar and appointments, organizing and coordinating internal and external meetings, and participating in business activities and corporate events as necessary

4. Prepare meeting agenda, materials and collaterals

5. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents as needed

6. Handle phone calls and general queries from external parties

7. Handle expense claim management for GM

8. Remind the GM of important tasks and deadlines

9. Other duties as assigned by Management

Education:

• Min. GCE A-Levels with good General Paper/ English Language grades or Diploma in Business or related field

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP or other ERP systems preferred
• Experienced with flight, hotel, transport bookings and visa applications
• Experienced with calendar management and/or event organization
• Experienced communicating with C-Suite Level counterparts

· Analyze and Identify cause of machine problem

· Resolve the machine problem within specification

· Implement permanent measures for repetitive problems

· Assist the Engineer in maintaining ISO records

· Carry-out Preventive Maintenance activities

· Follow Preventive Maintenance schedule

· Identify parts for potential breakdown and recommend for Preventive program

· Propose improvement ideas to prolong parts life span

· Screen Board Repair and monitor screening yield [LDHU]

· Conduct machine ESD and grounding check as per schedule and update record

· Implement measures to ESD check findings

· Assist in machine setup and buyoff

· Ensure the machine comply to safety regulation & standard

· Verify conversion kit according to drawing specification

· Assist the Engineer in the preparation of documentation

· Carry out stock take for spare parts

· Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager from time to time
