The Courage Chapter has been engaged to conduct a search for an Operations Manager for our client, a social enterprise.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an energetic and caring Operations Manager to

accelerate our business growth and social impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Programme and events planning and implementation.

• Recruitment, management and deployment of our pool of Music

Making Facilitators.

• Development and maintenance of systems and processes.

• Purchase and maintenance of music technology and office assets.

• Sourcing and collaboration with partners and service providers.

• Organisation and collection of data and evidence for customer

feedback, research insights and privacy protection.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & ATTRIBUTES

• Love for music and movement and belief in their healing power.

• Energetic, caring, resourceful and resilient team player.

• Excellent communication, organisation and people skills.

• English and Mandarin, a third language or dialect an advantage.

• Ability to use and leverage technology to enhance operational

efficiency and effectiveness.

• Poly or university graduate, age not an issue.
