Job Description

1. Managing AV Equipment

• Hardware & Software
• Audio / Video & Lighting

2. Video Editing

• To be able to edit videos for marketing usage for Company’s Website

3. Copy Writing

• To be able to write in Good English for Social Media Content, Website.
• Work hand in hand with SEO agencies on SEO Friendly Write ups

4. Photography

• Minimal experience with an entry level DSLR camera to take decent photos of events to upload on website

5. Managing Events

• Working hand in hand with the team on executing events, procuring vendors based on event requirement and preparing proposals

6. Managing meetings

• To attend meetings with Directors and take notes on requirements (meeting mins)
• Follow ups on Quotations and Proposals

7. Managing Enquiries and Calendar

• Update Director's calendar and workflow, Virtual or onsite meetings etc
• To manage Director’s Email and Company’s email on inquiries
