As a Event Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead the conceptualisation and strategic planning of events, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Create detailed timelines for event milestones and deliverables.
• Research and secure appropriate venues, vendors and sponsors, negotiating contracts as necessary.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenditures are align with financial constraints.
• Oversee on-site operations during events, coordinating logistics and ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including event organizers, sponsors, speakers and performers.
• Collate information and prepare comprehensive event tender documents for submission.
• Employ project management techniques to ensure all aspects of event planning and executive are completed on time and within scope.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any field of studies.
• With at least a 2 years' work experiences in managing different types of events including gala dinners, sports events, community outreach, conference and training.
• Experiences in organizing fundraising events is an advantage.
