The General Manager serves as the primary support to the CEO, providing leadership and operational management to ensure the successful implementation of the organization's strategic goals and objectives. This role is responsible for assisting in the overall execution of Pergas’ mission, acting as a key liaison between the CEO, management team and staff, and ensuring effective communication and coordination across all departments. Main Duties

• Assist the CEO in implementing and facilitating Pergas' strategic goals and objectives as set out by the annual and long-term strategic plans.
