Call Centre Assistant (6-Month Contract to Perm) x3

Contract Duration: 6 months (potential to convert to permanent)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: $2,500/month (Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer orders, queries, and complaints via hotline.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups on issues, orders, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer details, queries, and complaints in the system.
• Process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Liaise with the operations team to resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare and submit reports on cases logged in the system.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on areas for improvement based on customer/client issues.
• Maintain up-to-date information on products, processes, and price lists.

Interview Process:

1. Video Interview (30-40 minutes)
2. Written Assessment (must be completed within 30 minutes post-interview if shortlisted).
