What the role is

The Quality Service Branch (QSB), under the Clean Environment Group (CEG), handles cases related to pollution control and wastes management matters. In this role, we are looking for highly motivated, dynamic and service-orientated individual to handle feedback, appeal and enquiries related to pollution control and waste management related issues. What you will be working on

• Collaborate closely with internal and external teams including design, marketing, PR, social, to develop and implement marketplace related collaterals and plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or a related field
• 2 – 4 years of proven experience in marketplace management, with track record of success in driving gross merchandise value GMV growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent command of English
• Proficiency in a second language is preferred.
• Meticulous, adaptable, creative thinker who can work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
