Responsibilities:

We are looking for compliance personnel to assist in enhancing the compliance risk framework of the company. The candidate will help to manage and execute the compliance programs, provide policy guidance and to carry out compliance training for the company’s diversified investment business groups. The incumbent will provide administrative support to the Department of Pharmacy, Faculty of Science. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following -

• Work closely with Programme Director and Dean's Office to take charge of the end-to-end administration of the postgraduate research-based PhD and MSc programmes throughout the student lifecycle, including student admission, handling student enquiries, student module registration, managing programme website, etc.
• Collaborate with the Programme Director and Dean's Office to manage the programmes' admission cycles to upkeep the programmes' quality.
• Manage the administration of the programmes' examinations, including PhD Qualifying Examinations and PhD/MSc thesis examinations.
• Monitor students' progress under the Graduate Assistance Programme (GAP) and Thesis Advisory Committees (TAC).
• For Assistant Manager level: Applicant at this level would be expected to oversee the portfolio both strategically as well as operationally with minimal supervision.
