Job Scope

• Responsible for accounts receivable and payable.
• ⁠Monitoring AR ageing reports and follow up on accounts receivable
• Assisting in monthly reconciliation such as bank, inventory, account payable reconciliation
• ⁠Performing quarterly GST reconciliation and submission
• Handling inter-company billing and settlements
• Handling company full-set of accounts
• ⁠Preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditor
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements.

• Able to commence immediately, no long holiday
• Minimum LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• SAP B1 knowledge preferred

• Plan and coordinate resources for daily inbound / outbound warehouse operation so as to ensure efficient and timely operation of the distribution
• Contribute to the development and modification of warehousing policies and procedures to ensure proper internal control and handling
• Ensure shelving storage management
• Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit of same to verify results
• Promote continuous improvement by adopting some Japanese production system concept such as Kaizen, Genchi Genbutsu and etc to develop and implement warehouse operation process/workflow so as to optimize efficiency
• Implement and monitor safety procedures in warehouse operations, ensuring team members comply with daily work duties
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, motivating and organizing the teams members to meet or exceed productivity targets
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports to Management/JHQ
• Involved in the hiring, training and development of Warehouse personnel

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or other equivalent field of studies
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience in warehouse / logistics/ Japanese manufacturing will be an highly Preferred
• Willing to do hands on operations and customer service oriented
• Strong analytical ability and sensitive to numbers figures and time.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point) for data analysis and reporting purposes=

About the role:

We are seeking an Editorial intern who will primarily be gathering information and research before ideating and pitching them to our editors.

You will get to write different types of articles such as perspectives, listicles, reviews, and news posts.

You must be able to commit to a minimum of 24-weeks (6 months) internship.

What you will do:

• Ideate and pitch innovative, creative ideas - effectively communicating the potential impact and value they can bring
• Take charge of the organic content strategy for video publications under TSL media group, tailoring approaches for different platforms
• Constantly keep an eye on global trends and harness them to create organic content that resonates with diverse audiences

The successful candidate should have:

• Possess or currently studying for a Diploma/Degree in Communications/Media Studies or equivalent
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects is a must
• Able to shoot and edit videos
• Basic production knowledge from storyboarding to filming and editing a coherent narrative
• Good understanding of the YouTube content scene
• Meticulous and good eye for content/trending topics
• Able to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Able to commit for a minimum of 24-weeks (6 months) internship
