Work Location: Upper Serangoon
Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Contract Period: 2 Jan 2026 to 23 Oct 2026 (10 months)
Job Description
· To assist the teachers in the preparation of crockery and ingredients for cookery classes.
· To assist the teachers in the distribution of crockery and ingredients to students during cookery classes.
· To clean all equipment and crockery items used during cookery lessons and ensure these items are stored appropriately at the end of the working day.
· To ensure that table-tops and floors are kept clean at the end of each lesson, and at the end of the day.
· To perform any other duties as assigned by SH/HOD overseeing the department.
Job Requirement
· GCE ‘N’ Level: Able to understand instructions, read, write and speak simple English.
· A valid WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 (or above) certification during period of contract: Possess knowledge of food preparation and safety (Company to provide proof of certificate)
· At least 1 year of relevant experience in any previous food handling assignments
