Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support in managing a portfolio of companies listed on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange

- Review announcements, periodic financial statements, annual reports, and circulars on
corporate actions

- Advise the directors and senior management on continuing listing obligations and corporate
governance matters

- Interact with clients, regulators and other professionals, e.g., auditors, lawyers and corporate
secretaries

- Monitor daily share price movements and media coverage of clients

- Conduct client-onboarding due diligence

- Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

- A recognised Degree in Accountancy/Business/Finance/banking and at least 2 years of relevant
working experiences in corporate finance, finance, tax or audit

- Able to understand and analyse financial statements

- Organised, meticulous and self-motivated

- Team player with good communication skills

- Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure

Job Summary

This role provides a professional TOP handover experience for our customers and to assist in the timely rectification of defects/resolve of customers’ complaints satisfactorily, such that the organizational objective of providing quality and unsurpassed service is met.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct quality inspection of 100% of the units to identify defects for rectification, ensuring that home units handed over to home buyers are in good condition.
2. Ensure defects rectification completed within stipulated timeline by liaising with main contractor and owners on rectification works and arranging joint inspections with owners on completion where necessary.
3. Assist the Customer Service team in the liaison with main contractor on handover preparation by ensuring that the handover kit is complete on time with complete information.
4. Assist in the resolution of owners’ complaints arising from defects and other area and ensure Owners’ complaints resolved satisfactorily.
