Responsibilities:

• Organize and support internal and external meetings for the department
• Work with Nurse Managers and Clinicians to ensure smooth operations in assigned area.
• Review departmental processes to improve overall key performance indicators/ outcomes in the areas of total patient experience, operational efficiency and optimal resources utilization (where applicable).
• Assist with annual budget cycle and preparing approval papers. Track and monitor approved budget to ensure optimal utilization.
• Review, establish and manage term contracts on time to ensure consistent & continuous supply of products.
• Plan, analyze, monitor & forecast non-stock/consigned stock level
• Perform any other duties / ad-hoc projects as assigned by Reporting Officer

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Good analytical, co-ordination, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Working experience in the healthcare or service industry is an advantage
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and work in a team
