• Plan and manage A&P spending (Advertising and Promotion spending.) within budget assigned and ensuring ROI for each campaign
• Lead and execute the promotion, advertising, and marketing campaign effectively through strategic partnership alliances with agencies, vendors, and other external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation according to timeline.
• Conduct market research, analyze consumer’s insights, market intelligences & competitive information to develop new product idea/concepts and effective marketing plan for the assigned products/brands.
• Conceptualizes innovative, consumption-driving promotions that are profitable and linking promotions to advertising wherever possible to create an integrated & targeted 360-degree marketing plan
• Build strong brand/product presence in all distribution channels (including assisting in e-commerce at Marketplace)
• Work with internal stakeholders (Sales, Promoters, Finance, Warehouse) to implement marketing plans effectively according to timelines
• Track and monitor market trends to analyze product sales performance

Requirements:

• Degree in in Marketing or Business Administration
• At least 4 years of relevant marketing working experience in the FMCG industry
• Experienced in managing a marketing budget and/or creative agency
