Account Executive (Full Set)

Working days & hour: 5 days, Mon- Thur (9am-5pm), Fri (8am-4:30pm)

Location: Gul Drive (west area)

Salary: $3500 - $4500

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounts

• Responsible for monthly financial and analytical reports to management

• Involved in asset and inventory reconciliation

• Assist in export and import procedures

• Assist in quarterly GST submission

• Assist in annual corporate tax submission

• Involved in annual external audit

• Assist in implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning system

• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed

The Courage Chapter has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Executive/Executive Content Marketing for our client, a Non-Governmental Organisation.

ABOUT ROLE

The Senior Executive / Executive, Content Marketing, is responsible for the development, management and optimisation of company's Community Services’ content marketing strategy across various online channels.

The position plays a crucial role towards company’s financial sustainability, by supporting our fundraising and community engagement strategy through content such as feature stories and newsletter articles.

RESPONSIBILITIES (SENIOR EXECUTIVE)

Content creation and management

• Develop, write, and edit engaging content for various channels including websites, social media platforms, email newsletters, and promotional materials
• Craft compelling stories and case studies highlighting the impact of the social service agency’s work to attract donors and volunteers
• Maintain and update the organisation’s content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery
• Analyse the performance of content to identify trends and optimise effectiveness

Fundraising support

• Support fundraising efforts through content that highlights the social causes, the agency’s work and impact on service-users
• Design and implement strategies to increase donations through impactful storytelling and compelling calls-to-action
• Leverage on marketing automation for donor engagement and retention
• Collaborate within the team and across functions/programmes, to integrate online fundraising with offline fundraising, and align holistically with broader organisational initiatives

Others

• Coordinate publicity and marketing collateral support for events
• Provide event-day support for selected events, to support content creation
• Curate and procure corporate gifts and tokens of appreciation
• Other marketing support as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with demonstrated competencies in managing content marketing campaigns
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write client feature stories and newsletter articles tailored to different audiences
• Good understanding of content marketing fundamentals and tools — including content calendar, ChatGPT, UI/UX, Google Analytics
• Proficiency in Wordpress CMS, Elementor and CiviCRM is an advantage
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) is an advantage
• Proficiency in fundraising systems and platforms, such as crowdfunding platforms and donor management systems, is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Communications or related fields; postgraduate qualifications are a plus
• Non-degree holders with a strong track record and demonstrated proficiencies will be considered

• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player with the ability to build relationships with donors, supporters, and team members
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Work Arrangement - Full -time; Part-time; Contract; Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of Accounts;
• Manage month-end and year-end closing;
• Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable;
• Prepare monthly GST return, audit schedules and inter-company reconciliations
• Liaise with auditors/tax agent on audit and tax matters
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or its equivalent
• Ability to learn, work and solve problems independently within time constraints
• Knowledge of ERP accounting software is an advantage, SAGE 300
• A proactive person, positive attitude and able to work independently
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for our clients which includes but not limited to company incorporations, striking off of companies, preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions.
• Ensuring compliance in accordance to relevant statutory requirements, maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns.
• Handles ACRA Biz-filing requirements.
• Handling and managing a portfolio of clients.
• Provide guidance to Corporate Secretarial Assistant.
• Other adhoc duties as and when required

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Law. Other qualification will be considered
• Prior experience in relevant field will be an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Mandarin required to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
• Positive working attitude, pro-active, good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work under pressure
