a) Customer Service

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive, Ticketing (9-month contract) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support in ticketing related matters which including the support of major events within the Sports Hub, as well as ticketing housekeeping matters.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison for all events regarding seats & tickets matters.
• Liaise with sales, venues, ticket agents and other stakeholders to advise and manage ticketing for all events. Liaise with ticketing agent and venue management to facilitate pre-event planning and ticketing setup.

Job Description:

You will assist Senior Finance Manager (Finance Digitalisation) as a Finance user representative to support:

1. The integration of financial records from revenue systems to Workday.

2. Implementation of Central ePayment Gateway.

3. System migration activities.

4. Follow up on system integration issues.

5. Finance digitalisation / automation projects.

The role requires candidates to:

· Understand the specification of integration templates including data field definition and their corresponding values.

· Gather Finance user requirements through process walkthrough and review.

· Participate in process change workshops and collaborate with users on new requirements.

· Work with system vendors & IT representatives to ensure all requirements are fully and accurately documented.

· Work with Finance and other departments to ensure comprehensive coverage of test scenarios. Perform user acceptance testing.

· Liaise with system vendors and IT representatives on the result and re-testing.

· Coordinate and participate in migration and go-live activities.

· Follow up with vendors and IT representatives to resolve production integration issues reported by Finance users

42 hours/week, Monday to Friday

8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon – Thurs)

8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)

Role Requirements:

· Passionate about process improvement, optimisation and automation.

· Preferably have 3 – 5 years’ experience working in ERP implementation project especially on user requirements gathering and testing of IT systems.

· Preferably a degree or diploma in Information Technology or Accountancy related areas.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

What you will deliver

• Provide quality customer services to prospective and existing clients in a professional manner
• Answer and handle customer’s enquiries, feedback and complaints with high service standards to retain existing customers timely and tactfully

Job Scope:

• Work in partnership with line departments to support Human Resource (HR) functions, ranging from Extension of Contract, Retirement, Re-employment, payroll and claims matters.
• You will be part of the HR Operations Department in ensuring HR processes are optimised and carried out in compliance with policies and service standards.

• Handle companies full set accounts including management account and financial account.
• Updating of records in system : bank balance, accounts receivables, accounts payables, checking and verifying of purchase, sales and expenses.
• Petty cash book maintenance.
• Performing monthly bank reconciliations.
• Responsible for financial reporting, budgeting / forecasting, and every month end closings to preparation of financial statements of Sales P&L and Balance sheet for management review.
• Maintaining and updating of data records including daily bank transaction record.
• Monitor and update outstanding payments, collections.
• Liaise with agent or bank regarding bank loan matters.
• Prepare annual financial reports and submit to company secretary for filing to ACRA, prepare documents as required by agent. Ensure prompt year end closings.
• Preparation : Computation of GST, year-end Tax Computation, filing of Form C, IR8A, lodgment of ECI, financial report analysis for Audit.
• Liaise with auditor / assigned secretarial firm for audit / finance matters.
• Maintain an effective filling system for ease of retrieval and keeping of information.
• Responsible for Oversee the Cash Management function, including banking relationships to continuous improvement of Accounting and Processes with the goal to achieve best practices and optimal output to meet both current and future business demands.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures and internal controls necessary to safeguard Company Assets., provide reliable financial information, and achieve compliance with accepted accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Create social media marketing plans for the brand to drive revenue across all online customers segments and work with the Marketing team to ensure a smooth execution.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and experience working with campaign performance data
