IAL is leading the Adult Learning Collaboratory (ALC), the first such collaboratory in the world for adult learning. The ALC brings stakeholders in the adult learning ecosystem together to jointly innovate and co-produce solutions in an experimental community environment. Stakeholders include, but are not limited to adult learning institutions, adult educators, enterprises, technologists, researchers and policymakers.

About The Role

The role of the ALC Catalyst is to support and facilitate experimentation-focused change activities in close collaboration with various stakeholders in the ecosystem. He or she will assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of experiments and change activities. The appointee will work in close collaboration with a network of change catalysts, researchers and industry specialists.

In this position, the appointee will report to Head (ALC).

What You Will Be Doing

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Change and Experiment Planning and Execution: Assist in designing and implementing experiments to support change initiatives. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyse organisational contexts, and co-create effective change strategies including co-designing experiments to trial new approaches. Conduct detailed analysis of experimental and change activity data to provide insights and recommendations for further action.
• Project Coordination: Manage the documentation, coordination, and scheduling of project activities. Ensure that tasks are executed efficiently, on time, and in accordance with project scope and objectives.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all parties are aligned and informed throughout the collaboratory engagement process.
• Collaboratory Maintenance: Maintain the infrastructure and assets necessary for collaborative work, ensuring smooth operations, accessibility and usability of collaboratory resources for all team members.
• Additional Duties: Undertake various tasks and responsibilities, both within and outside your division, as assigned by management to support organisational needs and adapt to changing environments.

Job Requirements

• A degree in the social sciences or any other relevant field(s)

We are currently looking for a individual to join us in a temporary part-time position for 4 months, working 3 to 4 days a week (ideally 3 days).

Key Details:

Duration: 4 months, with potential extension based on performance.

Salary: $3,000 to $3,600 (pro-rated and dependent on experience).

Location: Lifelong Learning Institute, 11 Eunos Road 8, Singapore 408601.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Thursday), 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Friday).

Data Cleansing & Management

• Work with the A&I and DTO team to conduct data cleansing activities to ensure accuracy of the assessment results from former assessment platform
• Conduct data cleansing on the CRM to ensure accuracy and consistency of certification and recertification data

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Perform data analysis on certification, recertification. HCDT and CPP data to provide insights on trends, renewal rates, attrition rates and retention statistics, areas of opportunities for acquisition, etc
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports to assist the team with data-driven decision-making and support retention efforts

Process Optimization & Workflow Streamlining

• Analyze and streamline current work processes to enhance efficiency within the CCE team
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement, proposing solutions to optimize workflows and reduce manual tasks
• Develop and implement procedures that support standardized processes for data entry, reporting, and certification record maintenance

Operations & Administrative Support

• Assist with general administrative duties, including scheduling, coordinating event logistics, and managing event communications
• Support HOD in ad-hoc assignments

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting Senior Account Executive to handle a school’s accounts

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic knowledge of accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and ACCPAC knowledge is preferred but not a must
• Able to follow instruction and complete tasks in time

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans;

- Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business;

- Pursue new sales opportunities, gather inbound leads, and follow-up calls/meetings;

- Work effectively with internal stakeholders & external vendor to achieve business goals;

- To understand the material costing for printing, carpentery and signages;

- To understand the operation of printers, summa cutter, CCD CNC & Oscillating machine and CCD Laser cutter;

- To understand the labour cost for production;

- To attend briefing/meeting and site measurements for production for the projects undertaking;

- To ensure the production of the projects undertaking;

- To ensure the installation and delivery of the projects undertaking.

Requirements :

- Diploma or Degree in any field;

- At least 2 or 3 years of corporate sales experience/ project management;
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Strong time management skills;
- Passion for relationship building and selling;
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills;
- Customer service- orientated attitude;
- Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success.

Job Responsibilities:

1: In-depth business and capability organization and preparation of the company's annual budget and capital plan, and conduct budget control and rolling adjustments;

2: Establish the company's various financial management systems and strengthen risk control to improve the company's overall financial operation efficiency;

3: Lead the collection, sorting, cleaning and analysis of financial and business data to ensure data accuracy, defects and reliability

4: Ensure the company’s tax compliance and develop tax planning strategies

5: Lead company project declaration

6: Responsible for the organizational management and team building within the financial department.

Job requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, major in finance and economics, financial work experience in listed companies, or work experience in an accounting firm

 3 years of experience in financial management, Internet technology, software industry experience

Good financial analysis and financial management skills, familiar with financial reporting, budgeting and fund management;

Good communication skills and team management skills, able to effectively coordinate the work of various departments;

High sense of responsibility and professionalism, able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure;
