8.30am to 6.00pm

1. Assist on accommodation bookings/pick-ups for VIPs from overseas
2. Making lunch/dinner reservation
3. Maintain contacts information on Outlook
4. Scanning of documents for e-archiving
5. Disseminating signed documents
6. Filing of documents
7. Handling of incoming and outgoing Mails.
8. Provide support on company events
9. Assist on preparing and distribution of hampers and gifts to business associates
10. Any other duties assigned by the Executive Chairman

Key Roles and Responsibilities
