Responsibilities:

• Excellent command of written & spoken English & Mandarin (to be able to liaise with Chinese speaking clients).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the property, as well as creating a hospitable experience for our guests.

• Provide support for community events held within the property.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or relevant field.
• At least 2 year(s) of experience in student hostel / serviced office operations management.
• Experience in property / facilities management or front desk would be advantageous.
• Good team player with interpersonal, analytical, presentation skills.
• Service-orientated with pleasant disposition.
• Experience in using MS Office.

7. Community Engagement:Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to enhance guest experiences (e.g., partnerships for tours or events).
   Organize social activities and events for guests to foster community engagement.
   
8. Reporting:Maintain records of occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
   Prepare regular reports for ownership or management regarding performance metrics.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in a management role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
