Job Scope:
As a member of customer support team, the Customer Support Engineer (CSE) will be responsible for technical support activities to customers and partners including on-site support and second line support as needed. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all M&E works on construction sites, ensuring they are completed according to specifications, within budget, and on time.
• Prepare and review M&E designs and drawings, ensuring they comply with relevant codes, regulations, and project requirements.
