You will play a lead role in managing international contractors for the supply, design, manufacture, install, test and commission of the Signalling and Platform Screen Doors systems for both the new MRT Lines as well as extension/enhancement to Existing MRT Lines in Singapore.

You will be involved in design review, supervision of equipment delivery and installation, involves in overseas and on-site testing and commissioning. You are expected to be familiar with local safe work practices as well as to develop a good understanding of the system design. You are required to work closely with contractors to manage and monitor the project deliverables as well as in ensuring the safety, quality, and progress of the project works. You will be involved in reviewing and managing project risks and cashflows as well as issuance of engineering instructions and conduct assessment of projects variations/ payments/ claims. You will collaborate with various parties, i.e. contractors, designers, architects, stakeholders from different agencies and appointed Railway Operators to ensure that the projects are well coordinated.

• Tertiary qualification in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Engineering

• Good knowledge with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, network management and security management
