Role Description

As a Valuations Analyst Intern, you will be involved in one of the most important steps in renting and selling a property in Singapore — coming up with the pricing. Responsibilities

• Drives internal and 3rd party service provider/ vendor review meetings covering issues, performance, service improvements, quality and processes
• Assist as Subject Matter Expert and drive organizational capability to effectively apply service operations and maintenance framework

Requirements
