Business Insights/Decision Support/Communication

- Manage end-to-end supply chain accounting flow across (client's) trading entities, this includes responsive exception management

to ensure reporting accuracy and control compliance

- Partner with Global and/or Country Controlling and cross-functional teams including Tax, Customs, Supply Chain Operation teams

to stand up new/changes in processes in support of product flow flexibility

- Partner with Supply Chain Operations and/or Capability Teams in ensuring system data integrity for new/change process resolution to uphold control rigors.

Work Experience

- At least 8 years of relevant accounting experiences, in large MNCs with Supply Chain Operations Accounting covering Inventory and Intercompany processes,controls and legal entity reporting

- Bachelor degree in Accountancy, preferably with a Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualification.

- Good Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and SOX is necessary.

- Hands-on experiences with SAP

Job Objectives

• RSA user administration, token assignment, QR code generation and access grant based on approved access matrices and established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic review of user/token access to ensure access granted to users are according to approved functions/roles and access matrices.

• Generate user/token reports periodically, review access and proactively identify users eligible for access renewal/revocation.

• Monitor system warning/error messages on license usage and support for user/token authentication issues to ensure satisfactory resolution or prompt escalations to management for attention.

• Participate in project implementations and conduct testing to ensure that the system access meets the security policy and established guiding principles.

• Assist with ad hoc report extraction, generate reports, maintain user guide and process documentations.

Key Requirements

• Graduate or higher diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science.

• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in user administration or in similar capacity, preferably in the financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication and relations with Owning Company, Executive Committee and department heads.
• Coordinate the hiring process of the Finance team by corresponding with applicants regarding employment opportunities.
• Evaluate effectiveness of Finance Accounting, Procurement and IT operations and review annual goals.
• Facilitate team training process.
• Ensure that all performance procedures and established standards are followed; coach and mentor performance process to ensure consistency.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university on Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent.
